Because we sell fresh food, all sales are final once items are picked up or delivered. That said, if something doesn’t meet expectations, please reach out within 24 hours. We’re a small farm, but we stand behind our products and will handle concerns fairly and thoughtfully. All CSA subcriptions are on a month to month basis and cancellations are accepted 1 week prior to delivery.
Your information is treated with care and respect. We only collect what’s necessary to communicate about orders, pickups, or subscriptions. Your details are never sold or shared—period.
By placing an order, you agree to our pricing, pickup or delivery arrangements, availability, and farm policies. As a small, family-run farm, availability can change with seasons and livestock realities, and we appreciate your understanding. We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline orders when needed.
Our eggs and poultry are produced on a small farm and sold directly to consumers under applicable state exemptions. Products are not USDA-inspected. Safe handling and proper cooking are the responsibility of the customer.
Clear expectations help build trust. These policies allow us to focus on what matters most—caring for the land, our animals, and the people who support our farm.
